These Distributor Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into between you (“Distributor”, “you”) and MK Growth Network (“Company”, “we”, “us”). This Agreement governs your participation in the distributorship program and your sale of products and services offered by the Company.
1. Agreement to Terms:
By enrolling as a Distributor and participating in MK Growth Network’s direct selling program, you agree to comply with all terms described here, including any future amendments.
2. Eligibility:
To become a Distributor, you must be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to enter into this Agreement, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Participation must be voluntary.
3. Authorization
Upon acceptance, you are authorized to be a distributor MK Growth Network (including Aloe Vera-based lifestyle products) within authorized markets under the Company’s direct selling model.
4. Independent Distributor Status
You act as an independent distributor — not an employee, partner, agent, joint venturer, or legal representative of the Company. You do not have authority to create obligations on behalf of the Company.
5. Registration and Account
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, login, and password.
Any misrepresentation or incomplete information can lead to cancellation of your distributorship.
6. Responsibilities of Distributor Distributors agree to:
Conduct business ethically, legally, and professionally
Comply with the Company’s policies, promotional guidelines, and applicable laws
Use only approved marketing materials
Avoid false, misleading, or exaggerated claims regarding products, earnings, or business growth
Respect customer privacy and data protection laws
7. Sales and Compensation
Distributors earn income through sales profits as per the Company’s compensation plan.
Commissions are paid only on sales generated through your registered ID and downline.
The Company may update compensation plans, and amended plans will apply to future earnings.
Taxes and statutory liabilities are the sole responsibility of the Distributor.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Inventory
Distributors must follow the Company’s Return & Refund Policy.
Returns or exchanges are handled per Company rules, including time limits and conditions.
Certain promotional or discounted products may be non-refundable.
9. Conduct and Compliance Distributors:
Must engage in ethical marketing
Must not engage in illegal or deceptive business practices
Must comply with all applicable consumer protection and direct selling laws
Violation may lead to suspension or termination of distributorship.
10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, branding, and materials remain the sole property of the respective company..
Distributors may use authorized promotional assets only for approved marketing efforts.
- Unauthorized use of Company intellectual property is prohibited.
11. Confidentiality
Distributors agree not to disclose confidential Company information, including internal processes, pricing that is not publicly shared, marketing strategies, or proprietary systems.
12. Termination
The Company may terminate your distributorship for:
Breach of this Agreement
Unethical conduct
Legal violations
Providing false information
Any action considered harmful to the Company’s reputation.
Termination does not affect accrued rights or earnings already paid.
13. Disclaimer of Earnings Guarantee Distributors understand that :
Success depends on individual efforts, skill, and market conditions.
Earnings are not guaranteed by the Company.
Historical success of others does not ensure future results.
14. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the Distributor to the Company in the prior 12 months.
15. Modification of Terms
MK Growth Network may revise or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on official channels, and continued participation signifies acceptance.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through defined legal processes.
