2. Cancellation of Distributorship :

• A new distributor may request cancellation of their distributorship within 3 business days from the date of enrollment, provided no services, training, or digital materials have been accessed or delivered.

• To request cancellation, the distributor must contact our support team with their enrollment details, registration ID, and a written cancellation request.

3. Refund Eligibility

• A refund will be considered if the following conditions are met:

• The cancellation request is submitted within the allowed cancellation period (typically 3 business days from enrollment).

• No products, training modules, tools, coaching, or services provided by MK Growth Network have been used, accessed, or activated.

• Any digital materials or downloadable content have not been accessed or retained.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Refunds will not be issued if:

• The cancellation request is received after the allowed cancellation period.

• The distributor has already accessed or used any service, training, materials, memberships, tools, webinars, or systems provided by MK Growth Network.

• Products or services have been consumed, downloaded, or activated.

• Once the cancellation request is received, our team will verify eligibility within 5-7 business days.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-14 business days.

• All refunds are issued after verification and confirmation of non-usage of services or materials.

• If the distributor has purchased additional services (e.g., advanced training packages, marketing tools, or personal coaching):

• Each service may have its own cancellation term.

• Refund eligibility and timelines will be governed by the specific service’s policy in addition to this general policy.
